Spice Bundt Cake


Ingredients:

1 Cup Butter
2 Cup Sugar
5 Large Eggs
1 3/4 Cup Flour
1 Tablespoon Ground Mace

Directions:
Cream Butter (the better your efforts the fluffier the finished product) Gradually fold in the sugar, add 1 egg at a time with an electric mixer, and beat ofr 1 minute before moving to the next egg, for a total of 5 minutes beating time.

In separate mixing bowl sift the four and the mace a minimum of three times before mixing gradually into the creamed butter, sugar, and Egg mixture.

Once combined, pour into a generously greased pan dusted with flour

Bake @ 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, remove from pan immediately. Allow to cool and dust with powdered sugar and garnish.
