Here's to...

Standing up for what you believe in. I recently resigned from a job of five years due to a corporate oversight. But fear not, I have just accepted an offer as the Assistant Manager of Helzberg Diamonds in Southpark. So celebrations are a given. As I have already established the wonderful culinary delights of chef Bernard, it would only seem logical that I celebrate with dessert (and a glass of champagne) from Global. But I have to make a special mention of the soup of the evening Pina Colade - a variation of the namesake drink. Not frozen, but served chilled with succulent bits of pineapple and coconut. I seem to have found my heaven on Earth
