Yum Yum for the tum tum!


















Tater Corn Chowder

18 prepared frozen potato puffs (such as Tater Tots)
28 oz chicken broth (2 cans, 14 oz each)
24 oz evaporated milk (2 cans, 12 oz each)
1 3/4 cups instant mashed potato flakes
15 1/4 oz whole kernel corn (1 can, drained)
2 teaspoons onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
OPTIONAL
8 oz cooked, cubed (1/2 in), ham (approx 2 cups)
Sliced Green Onions

Combine broth and evaporated milk in large saucepan. Bring mixture just to a boil, over meadium high heat; reduce heat to to low and add potato flake, corn, onion powder, black pepper, and ham if desired. Cook, stirring frrquently, for 5-8 minutes until creamy and slightly thick. Top each serving with three potato puffs, and green onion if desired.
