Welcome to Nirvana...

with a tag line "enlightening your tastebuds." Cafe Nirvana opened two years ago and has quickly become one of our favorite hot spots. We dine out fairly often and always return to the impecable decor and culinary delights of this moderately priced jewel. Larry is fixated on the Chicken Vindaloo while I have tried Dum Aloo Banarasi -- potatotes stuffed with cheese, nuts, and raisins simmered in a lightly spiced sauce. I would also recommend the Navrathan Korma --a medley of nine vegetables in a a cream sauce. The true highlight of the meal is the Peshawari Nan an unleavened wheatbread stuffed with almonds and raisins perfect for dipping. Definately save a sliver of room for the Mango Kulfi a delicious homemade mango ice cream.
